Parents have a fundamental right to raise their children even if some may disagree with the choices or methods used, so long as they are not abusive. Parents should make informed decisions on how best to raise their children based on their beliefs, values, religious preferences, etc.  Do not take away a non-abusive option for parents by banning,either  legislatively or through regulation, the use of any therapy that a parent may want to investigate and use for their children.
