I support regulation to cut carbon emissions from power plants.  The U.S. share of emissions per capita is a scandal.  It is not only our nation but the world we are harming.  Let Virginia take the lead after Washington's failure and show that we are forward-looking and responsible world citizens.  Advances in wind and solar power makes this the time to put a plan in place to help the environment.
