The majority of Americans are concerned about climate change and the effects of CO2 emissions on the qualtiy of our air. We are being ignored by politicians whose campaigns are funded by fossil fuel companies. I am glad to see that Virginai is stepping up to take on this responsibility and fully support caps on Co2 emssions from power plants and all other sources of polution.
