All the regulatory systems in place now should be strictly enforced for violating repeat offenses of any nursing home community There should also be a reward system for those nursing home communities that exhibit repeated complimentary services, with special emphasis on long-term care. Continuous positive reporting should create incentives for the employees involved. Accountability can and must go both ways.
