Please don’t do this.

Prior to the pandemic my wife worked outside the home and we hired aids to assist in the caregiving of our special needs children. With the policy change she was able to be paid as the in-home aid. If this new policy goes through we will have to revert to the previous situation and have to go through with hiring, firing and re-hiring aids who just don’t care for others as you would care for your own family members.

Please re-consider this change.
