Families are already struggling with for care for their loved ones. Don’t make it more difficult. 
Our kiddo would NOT do well with strangers coming in and out of the home. There are no agencies within a 30 mile radius. This will leave our kiddo in a compromised position of not getting service. Please do not take this right away from parents to care for their children under consumer direct. 
In theory making parents go through agency seems logical, but in reality we know that isn’t going to happen in a way that is in our children’s best interest.
