To conform to additional legal mandates that parallels one professional growth is a financial and personnel burden that derives no tangible benefit.
Where are the metrics that prove that 16 credits of mandated formal education over two years manifest in a better PE than those that attain additional experience and skill sets through the execution of their profession?
