18VAC48-60-60. Registration fee.

The following fee schedule is based upon the size of each residential common interest community. The application fee is different than the annual renewal fee. All fees are nonrefundable.

The application fee for registration of a residential common interest community received on or before June 30, 2018 2019, shall be $10 regardless of size. For annual renewal of a residential common interest community registration received on or before June 30, 2018 2019, the fee shall be $10 regardless of size.
