What happen to the "Regional Stormwater Management System"?  What will happen to projects underway?

DFN:  Small MS4 - Can't find section 4VAC50-60-380A1.  What is the difference between an individual permit and a general permit?

DFN:  "Virginia Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (VPDES) permit - I thought this was replaced with the VSMP.  Can you help define how the current changes affect the overall stormwater program?

4VAC50-60--50 What is this replaced with?

Website - The website is not completely up and running.  I tried to find the BMPs listed in Table 1 but the link wasn't set.

Website - Are we trying to change the term BMP to stormwater treatment practices (STPs)?  We need to make the change or forego the term.

Many of the removal % are different, some up and some down.  How are we handling when a regional pond was built for a 10 year development and now we are changing the removal %?  Will it be set for what development is built complies with old standards or does the owner need to comply or eventually go to a comprehensive stormwater management plan?  What about for completed developments?
