As a student, the biggest problem I have with this bill is anyone being able to use any bathroom/locker room they choose. I am graduating in a couple years so this bill won’t affect me as much as it will to others but I think about my little sister. I couldn’t imagine her coming home from school saying a male followed her into the bathroom or watched her change in the locker room simply because he was allowed to. Think about how uncomfortable this will make females. That a guy can stand in the locker room with them and watch them change and say it’s because “they identify as a female that day”
