Stormwater management

I urge you to vote no on part II of the proposed stormwater requirements.  This is the least effecient way to limit harmful sediment and other partcles from reaching the Chesapeake Bay.  As a lifelong resident of Virginia, and a son of parents who grew up in the tidewater area, the bay and it's inhabitants are very important to me.  I am on the Chesapeake Bay Foundation's e-mail list and recently received a notice about their efforts to limit poultry litter run-off.  Methods to control agricultural polutants would be more beneficial and lest costly than the restrictions proposed in part II.  Please vote against this measure and reconvene the technical advisory committee.
