In Northern Virginia, development is increasing five times faster than the population growth rate, which will ultimately INCREASE stormwater runoff and pollution in our local streams and rivers as well as the Chesapeake Bay. Don't let developers continue to damage our water resources without paying for the cost! Pass these regulations and protect the resources and residents of the Chesapeake Bay watershed.
