Silt fence around constrution sites. Nothing around freshly turned over crop land. Sediment basins on construction sites and residential neighborhoods.  MOSQUITO TRAPS WHERE THEIR WERE NEVER MOSQUITOES. Lets build some more of them!!!!!!!          Who is going to end up paying for all these new "UNNEEDED" regs. Us the citizens and consumers of the state of Virginia. What is in place is working. It is difficult enough to be able to develop a subdivision without having to price the lots so that the average homebuyer would need to earn $100,000.00 yearly just to by a new home.

Lets help the economy get moving again and don't add some more burden on the engine of Virginia   (the Developer/Contractor)
