This is an unnecessary burden on the professionals in the state.  The requirement does not make any of us any better in our fields nor does it do anything to serve the public. 

There are other comments about those who do not certify drawings or projects.  I concur with these suggestions to "waiver" those who have retired or fit into these "non-practicing" categories from this CEU requirement.  16 hours is difficult to schedule.
