All ballots must be in by 7:00 pm on Election Day. No extensions and no exceptions! Ample (I would say too much) time has been provided for citizens to vote. There is absolutely no reason to extend voting beyond 7:00 pm on Election Day. The possibility of fraud has been almost assured due to the General Assembly's unprecedented actions. The General Assembly is self-serving and capricious. NO to the General Assembly and YES to a public hearing!!!
