Abortion providers must continue to meet high standards to protect the mothers' health.  The facility must be clean, spacious, and be staffed by certified doctors, anesthetists, and nurses.  The doctors must have admitting privileges at near-by hospitals.  Abortion is surgery and must be treated as such.
