Your are a department that is to look after the health and well-being of the people of Virginia, both born and unborn.  Relaxing or eliminting laws concerning the proper operation of abortion clinics below what it standard for doctor's offices, clinics, or hospitals is not watching out for the health and well being of women.  It is catering to the big money abortionists for political gains of uncaring and greedy politicians.  Do your real job and do not diminish any of the standards set aside for all medical facilities.
