As a Virginia resident I have a right to expect high standards in my health care facilities. If you take away any of the legally passed laws pertaining to abortions then you will be revealing that you have more interest in the abortion industry than in a woman's health. Rather than "safe, legal, and rare", you just want it all legal so you can get goevernment funding, advertise, and make profits. If you wanted it safe you would let stand the legally adopted abortion standards. If you wanted it rare you would encourage pro life pregnancy centers to offer information to all your potential customers so they would truly have a choice.
