The State has NO business regulating any aspect of the provision of abortion services by licensed medical professionals to all who want the services. The choice to have an abortion should be solely between the woman, her partner (if she wishes him to have a voice in this), her doctor, and her spiritual advisor (if she has one), PERIOD!
