Virginia Needs Action for Climate Chane

I highly advocate and support the policy change that aims to control CO2 emissions for the welfare of the state of Virginia and those who reside within it. Alongside all the scientific data pointing to evidence of global warming and climate change we have been experiencing the severity of the circumstances climate change imposes on us. It is snowing and reaching up to 76 degrees Fahrenheit all within the same week. Research shows that, “ the Commonwealth has already seen a 33 percent increase in heavy rainstorms and snowstorms in the last sixty years, as well as an 11 percent increase in precipitation from the largest storms” which imposes risk of damage to up to 400,000 Virginia homes. After the criteria of the policy are implemented there should be strict and precise monitoring of the policies at hand.
