The need for market control of CO2 emissions in Virginia

Virginia has 10,000 miles of ocean-tidal interface. We are threatened with widespread flooding from sea level rise (a threat directly related to CO2 atmospheric pollution that causes greenhouse gas warming) if we do not act. Control of CO2 emissions is critical.

I am strongly in favor of CO2 cap and trade initiatives based on free market principals. We must find mechanisms that work to limit CO2 emissions. The science is definative; we must now act.
