We depend on regulations to protect the people, and the environment.  After what we have seen in Flint, i think that changes we make to systems like this should be clearly explained, easier for people to understand, and the process more transparent. I think this will better serve the citizens,the environment, and the careers of those making the regulations, should anything go wrong.
