Out of State CHP

Governor,

Please reconsider your stance on not allowing out of state CHP holders.

My wife and I are both professionals, we both are licensed to carry a firearm and we both travel to your and through your state several times a year. Like most people in our situation, we have an expendable income and we have spent thousands of dollars in your state every year. That all has stopped immediately.

Like many others (that are taking this same stance) we will no longer spend a single penny in your state. We are cutting all ties with Virginia. If you and Virginia do not respect my family's safety, we have zero respect for you and your state.

Watch as the money that is earned in your state from  tourism dramatically decreases. Remember that you are responsible for depleting the "trickle down effect" from tourism. As tourist stops trickling in your state.

Sincerely,

Chris D.
