It's very confusing for the public, in the least.  They think they have had acupuncture and they have not.  I've heard it so many times that people have seen an acupunctureist to find out it's a PT.  The two are very different.    Acupuncture takes so long to learn.  It's not safe to have needles used like this by little trained people.  If they want to do acupuncture require them to go to acupuncture school.  It's so simple to me.
