As a resident of WV, I am ashamed that our bretheren to the east are even thinking of implementing such an idiotic regulation.  Firstly, it is Unconstitutional to go around the legislative branch in such a matter. Secondly, this regulation will simply increase the number of gun-free (to the law abiding) killing zones!

What a horrible and misguided governor. How in the world did he get elected?
