This proposed legilation will have the opposite of the intended affect by playing into the the hands of terrorists, violent criminals, and the criminally insane. There have been no shootings in state agencies and this prohibition on those with a concealed handgun permit is entirely without justification endangering innocent lives.

This regulation should not be approved and the emergency regulation withdrawn.

Also, please extend the comment period for an addition 30 days.
