No, seriously, what part of "shall not be infringed" is so difficult to comprehend?
 
"...the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed." The words are pretty straightforward. They mean,as they always have, that any citizen, at any time, may bear any arm, at any place. If you oppose this fact, the way to enact change is to elicited 37 other state legislatures to ratify a change. This executive order will do nothing but felonize otherwise law abiding citizens when they are forced to decide between carrying arms regardless of executive policy, or disarming themselves between errands and leaving a firearm unattended in their vehicle. I don't know about you, but I'd rather be in a room full of armed strangers than leave a single pistol under a single drivers seat.
