The current "emergency regulation" serves no reasonable purpose.  If the Governor would like to add locations to the list of prohibited places for concealed carry, he should be addressing the matter through the normal legislative process.  Virginia concealed carry permit holders have all cleared a criminal background check, and their presence is a net benefit to public safety - not a detriment, as the Governor implies.
