No change. Voter identity should be mandatory. USa citizenship document or passport to show the USA citizenship are two documents that need to be presented to vote. No foreigners, ni illegals have the right to vote in this country. THey should be expeled for ilegaly crosing into this country. Long time ago emmigranys came to this country for economic oportuniity but they had passport and visa. This garbage needs to be treated as garbage.
