If the proposed changes are implemented, the form will no longer require a person to affirmatively state that he or she is a U.S. citizen, has not been convicted of a felony, and has not been found mentally incompetent. The changes would gut the fraud safeguards, and are likely contrary to the Virginia Code.  Stop!!!
