If we are going to have LEGAL elections in Virginia, it must be through a set of rules that everyone must follow.  A photo identification is required for doctor visits,hospitalization, library proviledges, shopping in some stores, entry into government activities and "you get the picture".   Why is that it is discriminatory to show that you are a legal voter to enter the "American Way" of voting.   Do you really want illegal persons to vote?  Would you give a full description of your reasons rather than the overused and flimsy excuses brought forward so far
