Health care regulations must not be driven by partisan politics.  Expensive regulations that force centers to close because they cannot comply threaten women's health.  Five women's health centers in Virginia have already been forced to close because of these unnecessary, burdensome regulations.  Do the right thing and get the politics out of medicine.
