Those closed family planning clinics (including abortion procedures) were just fine prior to the "hospital" rules.  We need to return to the days when those clinics were operating under the regulations that preceded TRAP!  We need clinics within easy reach of all women so that poor women who are pregnant and not wishing to carry that fetus have the resources to go to a local clinic and receive services.
