Board of Health,

It's the right of every woman to decide whether she wants an offspring or an abortion. 

It is imperative to the life, dignity, health and well-being  of the woman who chose to have abortions in Virginia Planned Parenthood clinics, or any other facility, that these women have treatment in clean, germ free surroundings. Health standards should be improved everywhere in Virginia. Please do not block the bill to make these necessary improvements.
