While it is legal per the Supreme Court to perform abortions, the rigorous maintenance of the highest standards of health and safety must be practiced, as in any other health practice. Holding surgical facilities to hospital standards is absurdly obvious to all but those blinded by the money the abortion machine creates. But it is a legal choice, it is a womens body and if she wants to take heroin, well... wait for some reason we can restrict her choice. Oh yeah, thats right her choice stops with the potential harm to another or violating the rights of another. Well sometimes.
