It was a policial move that brought about the change in the physical building regulations for Abortion Clinics in Va. There is little to no evidenace of a need for these changes. There is a great deal of evidence for the need for  safe, cost effective services for women of all ages, and especially child bearing women and women with limited finacinal resourses. Attention to a review and reassessment is needed without intimidation to the Dept. of Health by th Attny. Generals' office .
