I would like to think that I pay my taxes to a civilized State government that does not penalize women by limiting their access to safe, mainstream reproductive health treatments and tests.  A requirement imposing new irrelevant requirements for safe, existing facilities in the 2010 Guidelines for Design and Construction of Health Care Facilities is designed only to reduce geographic and financial access to facilities.  Singling out abortion providers does not serve a legitimate purpose, only a political message.  At a time when governments need to help preserve and increase jobs, removing them is counterproductive.
