As a Registered Nurse I realize the necessity of strict sterile techniques and antisepsis in all surgical procedures.  I urge the best possible regulations to obtain this for all abortion facilities.  Certainly a procedure that opens the woman's blood supply in such a severe way needs to be carefully regulated and inspected.
