Keeping medical facilities safe for women is of paramount importance in the Commonwealth.

Therefore the same health safety regulations should be in place to insure the safety of all of our women in an abortion clinic at the very least as well as if not better than in any other medical clinic.

It is good medical practice and common sense to support abortion center health safety regulations.

I am in support of not only keeping the present standards but improving the abortion center health safety regulations in the future as well.

It is alarming to hear of the violations that have been documented and occur even with the present standards.

For the sake of the health, safety and wellbeing of our women, we in Virginia must do better and lead the way for women’s health care!
