Our mother is paraplegic since June 2021, her life was turned upside down after a horrible side effect from taking 1 dose of Pfizer COVID vaccine. Blood clots formed all up and down entire spine and despite seeking emergent care they did not act in time to prevent permanent damage/paralysis. She is requiring 24/7 supervision, needs assistance with all meals, incontinent of both bowel and bladder, non healing left ileal unstageable pressure ulcer. All this totals 77 hours a week care coverage but not the full amount that she actually needs due to repositioning every two hours in bed due to pressure ulcer. 

Removing hours would be detriment to her health!
