I strongly oppose the elimination of Service Facilitators. They have been so helpful to me over the years. PPL and Consumer Direct, my daughter has had both and neither are easy to work with or have the same personal experience as a service facilitators. We love Appomattox Adult Healthcare and the services of Dana and her staff. They are there to answer questions and their visits help put a name to a face, help us feel heard and help us help our daughter be her best self. Please do not take this connection away!!
