The obvious problems are low wages and very understaffed. The staff can barely do for one resident the correct way not alone 10. Then you have staff that needs to call in sick whether for themselves or their children. Certified Nursing Assistants do the most work in one day that any other employee does yet they are barely making it pay check to paycheck. Take out health insurance and utilities and there is nothing left to entertain children. Hire more staff and it’s plain as day the improvements that you’ll see as far as fewer sores,more time to assist someone who cannot eat by themselves.
