Service Definition/Clinical Features

“CPST is delivered by two or more members of a team consisting of professional and paraprofessional staff”—Could a team be two professional staff or does it have to include a paraprofessional?  Professional and paraprofessional are not defined in the definition section—are QMHP’s professional or paraprofessional?  The professional/paraprofessional is addressed in section 4, but should be moved to this beginning section.
