The vmrc trying to make things cost more for us to produce a product thats already hard to catch and even harder to survive making a living doing but it ok to knocked down habitat all day every day to build houses and businesses with no concern about wildlife around it but someone's going to tell me it's wrong for me to catch a turtle every now and then which 90% of the time survives
