the dentist that admisister oral sedation in conjunction with dental procedures, iv sedation, and general anesthesia should be required to take the advanced life support certification.  it is unnecesary for those dentist that do not use oral sedation, iv sedation , and general anesthesia to be certified in advanced life suport systems treatment.
