I support the sale of growlers by gourmet shop licensees in Virginia. This will help Virginia craft brewers and help small businesses.  This will also allow consumers to enjoy fresh craft beer in a non-bar/tavern setting.  I support the amendment of 3 VAC 5-40-40 to allow the sale of beer in growlers by gourmet shop licensees.
