Puppy mills should have never ever been allowed to exist.   The horrid people that are running them could care less about any of the innocent animals- it’s 100% about the money.  It’s a disgusting business!  Go visit a few of them and it might open your eyes to how these pitifully animals live!  Let’s them all down!!
