Please consider strengthening regulations so that for profit pet stores are required to follow the same regulations as shelters and rescue groups. Puppies and kittens are allowed to suffer with treatable illnesses in pet shops without veterinary care.  Why are non profits held to stricter standard.  Act now to stop needless suffering.
