I can spend just as much time on an interim report as I do on a renewal and I find the interims are prone to inaccurate reporting, probably due to the nature of the layout.  For this reason and the sake of simplicity in our procedures (which we desperately need given our high case counts)  I would rather just do all reviews as renewals.
