Do not ban conversion therapy as an option for people with "gender confusion/dysphoria".  The actual  physical and psychological health data supports proper sex/gender orientation to ones biology.  If you deny even the option of conversion therapy available to people suffering from "gender confusion/dysphoria" then you are really denying them even the opportunity to try a treatment that aligns with their biology (DNA) and subject them to chemical hormone treatments and radical surgery contradicts their natural state.
